Quantum information technology (QIT) is an interdisciplinary field evaluating the possibilities quantum mechanics offer for the acquisition, transmission, and processing of information. These technologies, which include quantum computers, quantum sensors, and quantum communication systems, are poised to have significant economic impact.

 

The goal of the conference is to build a community of scholars who can pave the way towards maximizing the benefits these technologies could provide. The conference will feature emerging economics and management QIT research as well as talks from leading QIT scientists meant to further inspire and develop our economics and management research agenda.
